The service and the operator
PandaCareVIP, operated by 上海智牛投资管理有限公司, provides information and medical travel coordination. We are not a hospital or a medical provider. Only the named licensed institution and clinician provide clinical assessment, diagnosis, prescriptions and treatment. This website is for adults aged 18 or over arranging their own care.
Requests and confirmed bookings
Purchasing a programme does not reserve a specific medical appointment or guarantee suitability for every investigation. Review the displayed scope and total and accept these terms before payment. We coordinate dates after purchase. Clinical decisions and appointment acceptance are confirmed by the receiving medical institution before your visit.
Prices and payment
Programme prices and order totals are displayed in USD. Any agreed domestic-wallet settlement is displayed separately in CNY. Your order records the purchased scope, quantity and exclusions. Currency conversion and bank fees are set by the payment provider and your bank. Real payment is confirmed only after server verification. Clearly labelled test payments do not charge money or create a medical appointment. We do not promise insurance reimbursement.
Medical and travel decisions
Screening has limitations and can lead to further tests. No clinical result or access to a particular treatment is guaranteed. You should continue necessary care locally. Visa approval, entry and fitness to travel are determined by competent authorities and clinicians. Travel bookings require confirmation of the licensed travel supplier where applicable.
Concerns and disputes
Use the contact form to raise concerns about coordination, billing, refunds or data. Medical complaints should also be directed to the treating institution. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law. Governing-law, service-level and dispute-resolution details must be finalised in the signed service agreement before paid services begin.
